Introduction
H&T are the UK's leading pawnbroker, offering financial services both online and in-store. They have over 150 stores across the UK, helping clients since 1897. I was brought in to redesign their corporate reporting suite.
I was initially hesitant being brought onto this project as I wasn't familiar with their business model. After the kick-off meeting I was surprised to learn just how much integrity and dedication to service that H&T had. After research and moodboarding I landed on an approach that would give H&T room to tell great stories about their service, and position their brand with a more luxury aesthetic constructed out of an array of modular elements.
Results
The resulting aesthetic for their corporate reporting suite was received incredibly well and served to inspire H&T to speak proudly about their successes. The report was adapted into a digital format to make sure that H&T was communicating to their key stakeholders effectively.
